10 things I've learned as entrepreneur
Hello loves, in this world of entrepreneurship there are many important points I can share with you. I want to start by explaining my main reason, the one that makes my heart beat and start every day full of motivation and energy to create.
Three Sixty was created in 2015. After living a year in Panama where I developed myself as a real estate agent and marketing strategist, a time full of great experiences and new friends, I was inspired to start a new professional journey creating my personal brand, which includes hand painted pieces. I longed for a place to please my curious mind.
It should be noted that there was no plan, one day I started to paint a T-shirt on the table in the living room of my house in Maracaibo, Venezuela and thus, everything began. Weeks later several friends started asking me for designs and I saw the opportunity.
In these 5 years I have discovered a lot about myself. I have developed skills that have allowed me to grow personally and professionally, here is a short list of what I have learned:
1. It is not for everyone: only if you are patient, dedicated, organized and love to grow, learn, read, you can undertake daily challenges.
2. Team Work: this is key since I could not have done everything alone. I have to work with graphic designers, network specialists, train a team to help me paint, how to organize packages, shipments, you name it.
3. Scaling a business “it is not easy”: running a workshop has been a day-to-day challenges: managing inventory, understanding what is sold or not and why.
4. Using the 2.0 tools has been key: Three Sixty has generated all its sales on Instagram, only from 2019 we created our website.
5. Surround yourself with other entrepreneurs and fill yourself with that energy, support and optimism: you will generate better content, at the same time you can make suggestions or receive feedback on what you are working on at the moment.
6. Organization: knowing what tasks you have scheduled for each day, week, month and year.
7. Generate Value: more than selling is generating a relationship with your customers.
8. Create your identity and values and always be aligned with them: I know that the materials, fabrics, designs etc you used for Three Sixty are of high quality and could NEVER do the opposite.
9. Everything changes every day: especially in the fashion world, trends change every day. Buyer behavior, what makes him buy, what are his motivations, etc - I was delighted to learn about customer behavior.
10. The path is the goal: I have been developing qualities that I did not know I had, how to build my own website, SEO, paid advertising, work with bloggers, email communications, edit pro level photos, etc.

Hola amores en este mundo del emprendimiento hay muchos puntos importantes que les puedo compartir, quiero comenzar por explicar mi razón principal, esa que me hace palpitar el corazón y arrancar cada día llena de motivación y energía para crear.
Three Sixty fue creado en el 2015. Luego de vivir un año en Panamá donde me desarrolle como agente de bienes raíces y marketing strategist, un tiempo lleno de grandes experiencias y nuevos amigos, me sentí inspirada para comenzar un nuevo viaje profesional creando mi marca personal que incluye piezas pintadas a mano. Ansiaba un lugar para complacer mi mente curiosa.
Cabe destacar que no habia plan, arranque un dia a pintar una camiseta en la mesa de la sala de mi casa en Maracaibo, Venezuela y así, empezo todo. Semanas después varias amigas comenzaron a pedirme diseños y vi la oportunidad.
En estos 5 años he descubierto mucho sobre mi, y sobre todo he desarrollado habilidades que me han permitido crecer personal y profesionalmente, aquí les resumo una lista pequeña de lo que he aprendido.
1. No es para todos: solo si eres paciente, dedicado, organizado y amas crecer, aprender, leer etc podrás emprender.
2. Aprendí a trabajar en equipo: esto es clave ya que no podría haber hecho todo sola. Me ha tocado trabajar con diseñadores gráficos, especialistas en redes, entrenar a un equipo que me ayude a pintar, cómo organizar paquetes, envíos etc.
3. Escalar un negocio “no es fácil” llevar un taller ha sido una tarea del día a día: manejar inventario, entender que se vende o que no y por qué.
4. Utilizar las herramientas 2.0 ha sido clave: Three Sixty ha generado todas sus ventas a través de Instagram y ahora a través de nuestro website.
5. Rodearte de otros emprendedores y llenarte de esa energía, apoyo y optimismo: Vas a generar mejor contenido, al mismo tiempo puedes hacer sugerencias o recibir feedback sobre lo que estás trabajando en ese momento.
6. Organización: saber qué tareas tienes pautadas para cada día, semana, mes y año.
7. Generar Valor: más que Vender es generar una relación con tus clientes.
8. Crear tu identidad y valores: y siempre estar alineados con ellos. Yo se que los materiales, telas, diseños etc que utilizó para Three Sixty son de alta calidad y no podría NUNCA hacer lo contrario.
9. Todo cambia cada día: especialmente en el mundo fashion las tendencias cambian cada día. El comportamiento del comprador, que lo hace comprar, cuáles son sus motivaciones etc - me ha encantado aprender sobre customer behavior.
10. El camino es la meta: he ido desarrollando cualidades que no sabía que tenía (cómo construir mi propia web, SEO, paid advertising, trabajar con bloggers, email communications, editar fotos nivel pro, etc) .
