Self-love is like a muscle that we should all train every day. Especially in this world 2.0 where we are more exposed to live as if everything were perfect (you know the perfect instagram feed) and sometimes we forget that we are not being honest with who we are and what really makes us happy.

Especialmente en este mundo 2.0 donde estamos más expuestos a vivir como si todo fuese perfecto (ya saben el prefecto instagram feed) y a veces nos olvidamos que no estamos siendo honestos con quien somos y lo que realmente nos hace felices.
Sentirnos bien con nosotros mismo es CLAVE para mantenernos saludables física y mentalmente. Influye en la forma en que nos relacionamos con los demás, en la imagen que proyectamos en el trabajo y en el modo en que hacemos frente a los problemas.

1- Marca distancia con personas tóxicas, ya que pueden afectar tu autoestima.

3- Busca un Equilibrio entre tus Pensamientos y Sentimientos.
