Refund Policy

• Refunds are allowed for FULL PRICE CLOTHING within 7 days after your purchased.
• Clearance items can't be returned or exchanged.
• Jewelry, accessories, candles are excluded.
• Items must be in original condition and must not to be worn, used, altered or washed
• Merchandise must have all tags, including any hang-tags, attached.
• Defective item is granted as exchange to the same item without defect and refund is not allowed unless the item is no longer available.

For online orders, customers must pay for the return label. You can send items back to us at the address below using any trackable/insured shipping method.

After receiving the goods in perfect condition, we will proceed with the refund process. The time for refunds might take 3-5 business day and will come back to the original form of payment.
